MESSAGE FROM THE MEMBERSHIP CO-CHAIR

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My name is Summer Miller, and I am so pleased to be serving as the Membership Co-Chair for 2007! I currently work as an internal coach/consultant with U.S. Bank in Portland, and externally I specialize in Leadership and Career coaching. In addition, I am a presenter on topics such as Leadership/Team Development and Effective Work/Life Balance for various organizations in the area.
I am married to Jason, and I have 3 step-kids, Elena (14), Mikeila (12), and Ben (10). We just got married in October 2006, so I'm in the midst of a lot of transition.
I will be partnering with Pauline Marchand as the Membership Co-Chair, and know that serving in this role will be a fabulous way to get to know each of you, and to gain exposure to the many coaching expertise that are available right here in Portland. I look forward to the opportunity to learn from each of you, serve you, and invest in the growth of NW Coaches Association in the coming year!
