Bio: Shauna Zobrist, CPA has 20 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry. Her company Sherwood Tax and Accounting is located in Sherwood, OR. She is committed to advising clients on all aspects of their business including successful record keeping and tax planning. She enjoys outdoor activities and competes in triathlons and running events.

Topic: World Café - Trends, Triumphs, and Technology
Description: The World Café is an innovative yet simple methodology for hosting conversations about questions that matter. The question that matters most to NWCA members is about our business and our art as coaches. These conversations will link and build on each other as people move between groups, cross-pollinate ideas, and discover new insights. As a process, the World Café will evoke and make visible the collective intelligence of any group, thus increasing our capacity for effective action in pursuit of common aims.
Bio: Joseph Lyons is the NWCA President-Elect and former Programs Co-Chair. He is a graduate of the Fearless Living Institute and holds an Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Joseph developed the Meet the Masters program in the fall of 2008 for the NWCA. His coaching practice focuses on mastering the debilitating effects of fear. A former actor, non-profit administrator, tech specialist, and historic cemetery preservationist, Joseph always has a new surprise up his sleeve
