Description: In our program we will be inviting particpants to increase their knowledge and toolkits in regards to interculturalism. We will inform the group on the importance and relevance of being intercultural, as a collective (NWCA, larger coaching profession) and for individual coaching practices. Handouts will include examples of ready to use ideas to expand outreach, improve marketing and resources in the community.
Bio: Aubrie's pursuit of learning and variety have led her through many careers, countries and communities. In her work at Nike, she ran the company's first Cultural Assessment for the Office of Global Diversity (reaching all global employees & translated into 7 languages). She now has her own practice coaching anyone on how to get clear on what they want and go for it. Aubrie is continually curious and inspired by how each person's unique set of cultural values informs their decision-making.
