Welcome to the NW Coaches Association
A chartered chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the NWCA is the largest network of professional coaches in the Oregon/SW Washington area, with a continuous focus on assisting coaches to improve their skills and develop their practices.
We hold monthly meetings in which we deliver training, skill building, and practice development, plus we publish a monthly newsletter, provide a referral network, and offer our member coaches a variety of online services.
This website provides information and resources for coaches at all levels, including coaches-in-training, coaches just starting their practices, and working coaches. We also provide the most complete resources in the area for people who are interested in finding out more about working with a coach, as well as the process and profession of coaching itself.

Monthly Meeting
April 13, 2010
5:45 - 6:45 pm - Business of Coaching
Alisa Blum will be the presenter for this section.
7:30 - 8:30 pm- Art of Coaching
Linda Harris of Harris Associates will be the presenter.
Using the art form of tying custom, colorful "flies" that add to the joy of fly fishing, Linda explores the design, function and connectedness in developing a coaching style that delights, attracts and builds focus for exploration between the Now and the When. The analogies brought force in this workshop can help open up additional space for people to roam within a plan that includes introspection, outlook and action.
LOCATION: Scottish Rite Center, 709 SW 15th Ave, Portland, OR 97205
