Welcome to the NW Coaches Association

A chartered chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the NWCA is the largest network of professional coaches in the Oregon/SW Washington area, with a continuous focus on assisting coaches to improve their skills and develop their practices.

We hold monthly meetings in which we deliver training, skill building, and practice development, plus we publish a monthly newsletter, provide a referral network, and offer our member coaches a variety of online services.

This website provides information and resources for coaches at all levels, including coaches-in-training, coaches just starting their practices, and working coaches. We also provide the most complete resources in the area for people who are interested in finding out more about working with a coach, as well as the process and profession of coaching itself.

NWCA member Deborah Reedal-Munhoz was interviewed in the Register-Guard newspaper story "Get a Life Coach." Read it here.
