A chartered chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the NWCA is the largest network of professional coaches in the Oregon/SW Washington area, with a continuous focus on assisting coaches to improve their skills and develop their practices.
We hold monthly meetings in which we deliver training, skill building, and practice development, plus we publish a monthly newsletter, provide a referral network, and offer our member coaches a variety of online services.
This website provides information and resources for coaches at all levels, including coaches-in-training, coaches just starting their practices, and working coaches. We also provide the most complete resources in the area for people who are interested in finding out more about working with a coach, as well as the process and profession of coaching itself.
Coaching Journey and Mastermind Demo Speakers: Shawna Corden and Kristina Ender of Endwell Coaching Description: Shawna and Kristina will give a two hour presentation. In part 1, the Business of Coaching, they will share the turning points that lead them to become coaches, how they are evolving and living as coaches, and what they are learning from the business of coaching. In part 2, the Art of Coaching, Shawna and Kristina will demonstrate Masterminding. MasterMinding is the process for bringing achievement-oriented individuals together on a regular basis to dramatically leverage each other's success. It’s like having a personal board of directors, a place to sharpen your focus, identify opportunities, find areas of improvement, and accomplish goals. Everyone in attendance will participate and experience a mini-mastermind session.
